nice and helpful, I just wish I could have picked up my suit a day earlier and returned it a day later. Perhaps wider windows of rental time for those who need to travel for a wedding or something? Instead of asking “When is the event?” you could ask “What dates will you need the suit?” and charge more for a longer amount of time.
