We handle the details, so you don't have to. But, there are some things to know that will make the process run smoothly for you, as the bride and groom, and your groomsmen. - Use our Online Event Manager to review and track the progress of your wedding party and their orders. You can login using the username and pin located on the Event Registration sheet you received in-store after booking
- Please make sure that all members of your party are measured a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event date. Out of town members can enter their zip code or city and state into our store locator to find a fitting / pick-up location nearest them.
- We require a minimum $75.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of fitting, and when measurements are called into our store.
- We require a valid driver’s license number and credit card on file to secure each rental.
- Changes to style selections can be made by the bride or groom only. Any style changes within 14 days of use is charged an additional $15.00 fee per person.
- We guarantee your rental will be ready no later than 2 days prior to the event date. All members will be contacted via textand email once their tuxedo or suit rental arrives at our store.
- We ask all wedding party members to try-on their rental in-store prior to the wedding. Please be sure that you and the members of your party allow enough time for your first fitting.
- Any adjustments will need to be ordered no later than 5 PM Thursday evening for next day pick up.
- We do not accept personal checks or American Express in some locations. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- All tuxedo rentals are due back the first day following use. Please speak with your consultant if this presents a problem.
- Prompt return of your rental is important. A $20.00 per day extended rental fee will be charged for rentals not returned after the second day of use. Non-returned items are billed at retail replacement cost.
- Orders cancelled within 7 days of use require full payment. No refunds of any kind are made after merchandise has been picked up.
