Kudos to Bryana at your Marketplace Mall store in Rochester, NY for going the extra mile to be sure I was a happy camper. Bryana drove the Tux pants which came in too short to another location for modification. Then she made arrangements for me to pick the Tux up at that location which is closer to my home. Bravo!
