entire experience renting a tux from Tuxedo Junction. When we went to rent a tux the store was busy and only Jake was working. Jake remained calm and professional the entire time and still managed to have us in and out fairly quickly.
When we went for the fitting the store was even more crowded. Jake and another associate were working taking care of fittings and initial renting. Jake was effortlessly fitting three customers at a time. If he was under pressure, you wouldn’t have known. I anticipated adjustment alterations and a second fitting, but Jake’s initial measurements were so spot on none were needed. In fact, everyone I watched being fitted before and during my son’s fitting didn’t need second alterations either.
The South Hills Village store has a great asset in Jake and I would recommend everyone to shop or rent there when the need for men’s formal wear arises. The other gentleman working the seemed very knowledgeable too and was helping his customers effortlessly as well. Wish I was able to use his name also for recognition.
Anyway, thanks Jake for making the tuxedo rental experience a great one.
