Apparently, I accidentally gave 2/5 star rating unintentionally when I opened the review email this morning. I have no idea how that happened. I wish I could take that away because we had a great experience. I’m really sorry about that. You might want to try a new platform for reviews if it is that easy to accidentally hit a star rating and it gets processed without actually filling out the review.
