Staff was very professional. Fitting took about 15 minutes. Tux was available for pickup about one week prior to event in case it needed minor alterations. Needed minor alterations to coat sleeve which was done right in the store. Took about 15 minutes. Also needed a size smaller shoe which they also had at the store. Very happy with the whole process.
