We were running a little bit late and we knew the store closed at 7 but we called ahead and Nancy was willing to stay for as long as needed to make sure we had all of our measurements and orders completed. She was very polite and helpful with the entire process. She went above and beyond and even noticed we had no ties on our order and made sure those were ordered in time for the wedding. Nancy made the entire process so much easier and was a huge help!
