we received from the store manager. She was very personable and attentive to my needs. Everything was perfect except … one of the cuff links was damaged. I should have checked the accessories before leaving the store with the tuxedo. Anyway, when I put the link on, I had difficulty securing it to the sleeve because the link was bent. That night at the gala, the cuff link simply broke off sometime during the evening. I only had the non-gem half still attached to my sleeve and lost the other half. Due to this, I was unable to take of the jacket or allow the jacket sleeves to expose the links.
