with our sales person Justin, he was knowledgeable and friendly and able to multitask like a champ. However because this is “prom season” I would have expected more than one individual working the store. As great as Justin was, he should not have to wait on 3 or more people at one time, that’s ridiculous. We did have to wait when we first arrived but once he was able to help us, everything was great. Again, I’m not complaining about our service, but please reconsider your staffing needs. I was told from a co-worker that the evening before, there was a line out the door, that is not acceptable, which is why I took a few hours of vacation from work to get up there early.
