Terms & Conditions of Rental Agreement

Your formal event is very important to you, and so is finding
the perfect look.  You want to look your absolute best when you
accept that reward, ask your crush to dance, say “I do", or blow out the candles.

You wouldn't want to be wearing someone else's permanently stained shirt, improperly hemmed pants, or a jacket missing a button- so please respect these rental terms to
make sure the person after you receives the perfect look as well.

-The customer further agrees that all charges assessed against the customer in connection with this rental agreement including but not limited to charges described previously regarding late return of, damages to, or loss of rental apparel may be charged against the credit card account used to pay rental charges.

-We accept the following methods of payment-cash Visa, MasterCard (Amex and Discover in some locations). For Credit Card Payments by phone the authorized card holder will be required to sign the rental agreement at time of pick-up.

-We require an imprint of a credit card for all rentals. This will cover any extended rental fees or replacement costs which may be incurred. The credit card will not be charged at the time of order for these fees or costs, but we reserve the right (and you hereby expressly authorize us) to charge the credit card for all costs and expenses incurred for violation of this rental agreement.
